Seven Hills Fiddle Band

Hailing from the hills of Peterborough County, the Seven Hills Fiddle Band present a lively program of traditional fiddle music, paired with songs from Ireland, Scotland, and Canada's East Coast.
The ensemble features a large string section of fiddle players, accompanied by piano, guitar, accordion, whistles, and bass fiddle.
Directed by Alanna Jenish (B.Mus, Canadian Folk Music Award recipient), the Seven Hills Fiddle Band incorporate original arrangements, string harmonies, and instrumental solos to present a fresh take on traditional music. As the jigs and reels fly, the band will have your toes tapping, and your hands clapping along!

 

Cobourg Scottish Country Dancers

We are the Cobourg Scottish Country Dancers. We are NOT professionals! Our group is made up of volunteers who attend weekly classes that run from September until June. CADRE – Canadian Associates Drumming Rudimental Excellence
CADRE is a Canadian percussion ensemble comprised of world-class drummers that compete and perform at various events in Ontario and parts of the United States.
The CADRE percussion ensemble has won the Drum Corps Associates (DCA) Percussion Ensemble World Championship 10 times and continues its pursuit of rudimental drumming excellence.
